DM314: Fast Temperature-Stable Microwave Detector
DM314 is a a tunnel-diode, coaxial microwave detector with SMA-connector intended for 5.8 GHz industrial applications. The detector delivers well-scaled DC voltage as a function of incident microwave power.
The use of a tunnel diode provides the detector with improved temperature stability and fast pulse response.
